Really like this one. The update to the leaves is a great touch, gives the face a fun eyebrow expression too! Would be curious to see @Kevin's suggestion for the positioning, it could help give the right side a bit more weight too (since the left already has the darker text).
Love it Josh! Very well played on the updates man. I have to agree with @Claire Coullon and @Kevin Burr the brow placement... I think switching it will definitely help. I think that they icon may be a hair to big compaired to the text. You may want to considering making it a bit smaller, to where the vertical top line of the mouth lines up with the top line of the lowercase characters—such as the u, e and r's.
Thanks @Kevin Burr@Claire Coullon@Jared Granger The flip does balance the overall composition out better. I've also changed the smaller leaf a bit, it's not as an 'extreme' difference now...just enough to create some interest.

A few slight scale, positioning & kerning tweeks. Biggest change is the leaves.

Along with x2 others (at this stage) each will have an individualised variation of the mark.

Yo, what up Josh!? How does it look when the leaves are flipped? Wondering if that will help it look like it's leaning forward more.
