Day 19 of the Daily Logo Challenge.

Today's challenge was the most difficult to date. Finding something unique and recognisable as a kangaroo proved harder than I had imagined with most of my designs not being unique or looking more like a squirrel! Although not my best work, this was the best I could create in my 75 minute window.

This final design is a simple line interpretation of a kangaroo, the stance is based on a few images of roo's in motion so I have used tapered lines to help give the impression of speed and movement. With this is mind I have mocked the design up as if it were a sports company with a striking colour gradient and bold heavy lettering.
