@Guillermo Garcia-Mont Thanks for the thoughtful feedback. The gear icon brings up different sets of configurations for each type of element included in the mix.
Also, I should have noted that this is a very small section of a configuration/creation page, and this view alone shows very little as to what these settings control or what the app does. I wish I could share more, but we just finished the IA and wire framing process and have just begun the visual design process. As the project moves forward I hope to show more of the app as a whole.
@Daryl Ginn - Good question... I had started down a different path with the tooltip that leveraged the need to have the tooltip weighted to the left, but ended up changing the direction of it's contents and never changed the position of the tip.
(Sounds like we have an un-centered tool tip uprising on our hands. ;)
If I am correct in asuming this is a split test configuration screen, I wouldnt go with red here. Red and green should be reserved for test results, an be exclusive in them to scream out visualy when a test fails.
As @Daryl Ginn told before, center the tooltip is good, other thing in my opinion: try to make brighter the '200mbs', in this way users can recognize the right level of the volume.
By the way I love colors and this type of UI...great!

If the gear only brings up volume controls why not change it to a typical volume icon?

I have no idea what I'm looking at, but my eyes are ok with that.
The 'drag and drop to add' is a wee bit tricky to read but that's about the only flaw I can see :)

Why not center the tooltip...
Second person who has done this today.

A couple of report widgets from the results screen... I think I'm starting to dig the color palette. Thoughts?

If Im not correct, the color scheme is lovely. :)
