I love the detail, but is it just me or does this look a little too "playful" for a OB/GYN doctor? It almost seems whimsical in nature/style and I would think more elegant/professional would be the look they would want.

Definitely see that, wanted to stay away from being too cold or too professional & could have gone too far to the other side. Thanks for the input, @Anthony Fonte!
