@Matt I tried doing that with a triagle shape then defining a pattern. But it didn't do me any justice when it came to scaling down. If I'm correct, would you say the best way to accomplish is to draw the shape, then duplicate it horizontally?
@Shad Yeah, like @Nathan is saying, it looks like it's just ellipses added to the bottom of the rounded rectangle and then copied across the shape layer.

update: obviously it's scaled down, but it looks like it might be an iPhone non-retina version?
