Map Markers

Here is my rebound on the map markers. I tried to make it different than the usual rounded motif. Let me know your thoughts...

The next thing I need to do is to figure out how to dynamically put the icons, letters, and numbers into the markers on the map...

(The images are from a font called "Cool Stuff": http://www.dafont.com/cool-stuff.font - and the other typeface of course is League Gothic.)
