Pretty wild. Although would be nice to see the detailing on the head less 'flat' but then again, if this is part of something else, don't matter?

Do you mean the texture itself (the metal) or the piping? In the end, his whole body needs to fit into a 12cm High page, so will be quite small and not much detail I don't think.

I mean the metal bit. But i think it looks just fine. Once reduced to 12cm. Good work. The overall shape looks like a heart ;-)

Update on the cover. Still a complete work in progress as I have to grade the 'head/heart' and make it a bit easier to see in the context of the cover (always knew this would be an issue).
Still need to add some detailing and textures to the other elements too.
