This is a drawing I did over the course of a month or so in 2009. I had been doodling these very detailed organic patterns and decided to just start doing them on a large 20 x 20 inch square of matte board and see what happened. The patterns took on many shapes but somehow I ended up with a huge circle of it. I went through a ton of extremely thin tipped drawing and fountain pens. Check out the larger version attached. Wish you could really see all the detail!
