Skype has exceptional branding guidelines. I'd recommend that you take a look at them. And don't remove the "™" from the logo.
Type. You're going to find the branding guidelines great for this. Body type should be Lucida Grande, given that this concept is on OS X.
You may also want to change the "forget?" text to "I forgot my password", or something similar, while moving it out of the Password box and down towards the same line as ABC/***.
The Sign In button doesn't do it for me. The curved corners feel quite out of place. And the inclusion of the exclamation mark suggests that it's loud, or so to speak. Keep it neutral or inviting, or get rid of it altogether.
Spacing with just about all elements doesn't feel right. Take, for instance, the Skype Name and Password boxes. The inset on the left is a fair bit larger than on the top or bottom. You may want to increase the vertical size of these boxes to the same width of the space between the left-most edge to the beginning of the text.
It's all a start, but you've got a long way to go for this.
@Jaycob Cratchley had TM in a later version when saving crashed my computer. Luckily CS6 recovered my image but it was from 5mins before hand when I had just flattened the image before hand but undid straight afterwards. Others I will try to work on
