   Obviously without seeing the full thing its hard to see it in context, but I'm a little lost as to why your using a heart icon for notes and pencil for tags?

   Loving the tool-tip, done something very similar in a big project in work that we will hopefully launch next month :)

   I'd make the number of tags visible next to "tags" when the tooltip is disabled.
   Just a question:
   Is there any modal window active at this stage? 'Couse the text seems disabled in some kind of way.

    colors have been fixed. designed in the sun on my laptop so didnt make it quitedark enough!
