This is a custom book that I had printed for sketching web interfaces. It's spiral-bound with double sided pages: A 6-Up template on one side, a 1-up template on the other.
The attachment is a PDF of both templates that you can download, print, and use for your own projects. Enjoy!

Thanks @Jeff Golenski - As far as selling them, I just might. It's a big upfront cost to have a bunch printed so I wanted to gauge interest first.

It was $70 for me to get 2 books printed. It's on a pretty thick stock so marker won't bleed through too much.
If I ordered a bunch and sold them, I'd probably need to price them around $20-$25 each.
