Create a new (announcement, channel, group) UI - Before & After

Create a new announcement, channel & group ui for
Numbertank app.
The old ui was based on list view and because of that app's main features was not getting visibility. In new ui, we have added a new feature called announcement and we want our user to use it. To highlight our main feature, I have put them at the very top in boxes so that users can see it very clearly and get inspired to use it. Also, other features which are less important, I have put them on top of the contact list to differentiate.
