I don't mind that the text is small, it creates interesting contrast. It's too decorated and doesn't look like integral part of the composition. Unreadable at small sizes too.
I would suggest a condensed sans with clean lines that would compliment the lines of the character. Something like H&FJ Tungsten which has the added bonus of conveying strength.

I love the idea of much smaller text but I agree with @Kostadin Kostadinov that the font (and the quotes) aren't really cutting it for me.

Ok thanks guys! Reason for the text being small and where it is, is to symbolise a belt, any suggestions on what font to go for?
