   Oh dear, I really love the idea, and hate to be the guy who says "but did you consider edge cases?"

   This would not work for any app at all if user has a passcode lock, and from what I see, many people have. If user does have the passcode, camera launches in special mode, that doesn't give any access to previous photos.

   This would be even more complicated for other apps: they all should launch in write-only mode, and you can quickly see how this gets complicated.

   So. Nice idea, but so much work to Apple and app developers, that highly unlikely to be made real.
