Just an idea for a Dropbox utility app. I currently own 3 Dropbox accounts but I can only sync one per machine.
I often need to exchange files (mostly images and PSDs) with various clients from all three accounts, but I don't have enough space on my SSD for all three databases, wouldn't it be nice to have some sort of Dropbox utility that lets you drop as many files to one of the accounts without worrying about space? I am aware of the improved webview but I'd love to have a native OS X utility just for this. Some elements inspired by Layer Cake and lovely illustrations by Kyle Steed. What do you think? :)
This is going to upset a few but I don't care, if you like my work follow me on Twitter :)
I have a little hack for supporting multiple Dropbox accounts for you.
Create an admin account on your machine for each account. Install dropbox in each. Add shortcuts to each dropbox folder somewhere convenient in your primary account's Home folder.
As long as the other accounts are logged in, everything should sync just fine.
This is how Dropbox should work. I am such a hater of the current Dropbox Mac app, to be honest. In my opinion it is a trojan horse or malware that injects itself to the system, is buggy as hell and adds crap you don't like nor wanna use. Furthermore users should not be interacting the current Dropbox-ish way. Yours seems to be a lot better.
I'd just say the recent files overlay should probably be shifted to be aligned to the right rather than centred... similar to OSX does currently, to allow for windows positioned close to the edge of the screen. Like the black though :)

Don't wanna look so boring, but i think this app needs more contrast. Anyway, nice shot :)

Nice, but too dark. Looking forward to see how you'll work out the recent files list.

@Martin Sorensen @Yuri Mamaev I agree guys, it needs a bit more colour and contrast. Working in CS6 with the darkest theme tricked my eyes :P
Thank you all! :)

Hum… nobody uses Layer Cake yet ?
This is a bit to copy and paste from this wonderful little app by MacRabbit. The main change is dipping it into a CS6 dark theme.
