I likey. Some of that nice detail might show through better if there was more contrast. Or not :)
It's awesome.
Sweet. Love that pen.
I really enjoy the softness of it.
Dig!
Thanks! There will be a few more illustrations in this series to follow.
@David: A touch more contrast is not a bad idea @Dan: You mean mechanical pencil? My weapon of choice (.9, cause I have a heavy hand) : http://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Pencil-Refillable-Rubber-PENQE519A/dp/B001B0D55A/ref=pd_bxgy_e_img_c
Yep I meant the pencil - Should of read those tags!
Nicely done! (.8 & .3 are pure magic)
Agree with david sizemore, from a distance you lose the halftone and it looks like an embossed/shadow effect.
Looks pretty sweet. I dig the smaller thumbnail size more than the full 400x300. I know some detail gets lost, but it pops way more.
very cool.
@Michiel, never tried them. Currently I have been working with the .9 n .5 anything lighter and I always break the lead.
@TTHP, @Jon, Agreed. Thanks for the feedback.
