OK, I've been working quietly on this in the background for a while now and feel that it's ready to be released into the wild. I have a idea that might create a set of 'Avengers icons', and this would be the first one...
IRON MAN, post-battle...a little beaten up but still rocking. Everything has been created in Photoshop, and I've attached a large version so you can see the detail. Yes, I know that a lot of the detail wont be seen at smaller sizes, but that's not really the point, is it....it's Iron Man!!
Would be cool to get your impressions, thoughts, etc. Let me know what you think! Which one would I tackle next?

I love the Avengers - and the icon! Can't help feeling that Iron Man really needs a bit of gold/yellow in there though. I know it doesn't normally encroach on that part of his armour but it might make it a bit more obvious.
Who next? Iron Man & Captain America feel like they'd be the most straight forward, so I'd kinda like to see any of the others!

Thanks for all the great encouragement guys...it's really appreciated. I'm probably going to go for Captain America next, and I can confirm that all icons will resemble the same chest area as Iron Man.
