123Workforce is a global talent network of professional reliable and qualified Freelancers available for hire. 123Workforce allows you to build your team with approved, reliable and qualified Freelancers. Our goal was simple: Create an easy and simple, yet powerful system for both freelancers and companies. To better understand the problem we run an in-depth research and then started with very high-level user Flows, reimagining Freelance process. After that we moved to wireframes, comps, and early prototypes, constantly getting feedback from companies. The final result is a Mobile-first All-in-One System.
