   That is miles better! Still think the supporting text needs more weight. Maybe add a subtle gradient to the logo lettering to give it a more 3D look. Go for it!

   I don't mind the typeface at all, you could try putting the strap bit in lowercase though maybe? Not keen on the ident son, it just reminds me of a crab or something?

   Why not try using a thermometer or similar?
