The arrows make it feel as though they are pointing to the adjacent navigational link. I thought it was a sideways dropdown type navigation, but they are different sections.

Hey Paul, thanks for the feedback. Ya in shot it does feel like that but actually throughout the site I use the arrow after link callouts to signify action so I feel it works in that aspect.
Ya I love museo slab, so nice.
