   I'm liking this approach. The line variation really helps... You may even be able to push that a little farther. Also, the darker outline appears to stop in some arbitrary places. But, as you say, it's starting to feel right. Nice job!

   Thanks for the feedback Erica! I did notice the darker outline and the left arm gets a little lost. I'll take this and move forward.

   Looks great Terry. I like the colors too. Has a real clean feel to it.

   I think the look you are going for with the lines would be achieved if you simply added dark lines between the legs and the left arm, then beefed up the outline along the whole outside of the character slightly. Good stuff man.
