Steelhead

Last October I drew a cool fish illustration for Inktober 2018. Turns out my steelhead had salmon fins. After some adjustments, this design was born.

While researching Steelhead identification, I stumbled upon a good documentary about Steelhead on Youtube. Its called Skeena River Steelhead Documentary "Casting a voice" British Columbia Salmon fishing. I highly recommend this video to gain some insight on how amazing these creatures are. Also if you care about the environment there is a bit about how destructive a pipeline would be to the Steelhead habitat.
