Honestly, I'm not too worried people won't understand it as a button. I think wording invites the user to take action. I think I would be more a problem if it just said something like "Project Starter". I think then it would be more questionable what the user should do. I think it's more beneficial to stick with the style I have. But, I can be completely wrong! I actually might be more concerned with the call to action being too small.
