   Need to pixel-fit the lock icon, but can’t figure out sub-pixel nudging in Photoshop CS6 beta.

   Check out Bjango's predefined Actions: http://bjango.com/articles/actions/

   The last two are Enable/Disable Pixel Snapping, which I've got mapped to F5 (Enable) and F6 (Disable). Works for me :)
