*Work in Progress* I am re-designing my logo for 2011. I love the type treatment but am not satisfied with how my heart icon is incorporated at the moment. Any thoughts, ideas, or re-bounds would be greatly appreciated!

    Renee,

With all sincerity, don't fix what isn't broken. I love your current logo, one of my favorites out there, and IMHO this seems like a step back.

I have to agree with Sean I'm afraid...

@ Sean and Jeremy — I value that feedback SO much. I guess I feel like I need to change it because I was one of the first I saw to do a badge and now everyone and their brother is doing them. The logo itself is hard to place on things, being a circle—so I thought maybe it was time for a change... although I'd never want to change the heart icon.

... and I don't like this rendition yet, it's a half baked idea, but I do like the font. I just don't like how the heart sits. That needs massive work.

You all are going to make my husband go, "I told ya so!" Ha ha ha.

Renee - personally I have to agree that your current iteration is quite near-perfect as is. I know you love the script font so why don't you play around with "special editions" logo or one to celebrate a R.o.R. anniversary? This would definitely be a neat "one-off" in my opinion.

Elegant type of course...but I totally agree with the above. Totally love that badge of yours!

I think you already have a suitable logo *looks at your avatar*.

Might sound too "cliché", but why don't you try placing the heart somehow inside a letter, like the 'o' in 'of' ..

Personnaly, I'd love to see the type used somewhere.. regardless of whether it becomes an official logo or a "special edition" one :)

Late to the party but yeah, another vote for keeping your current one. You did a nice job with the type but it seems too 80s soap opera or something. Plus, your current logo has elements that can appeal to both men and women.
