New identity for Skybag, air cargo company from South Africa established by Flightplan, a general sales agent for British Airways World Cargo. I would appreciate if you could take a look at the attachment and let us know which version of these finalists do you think is the most balanced or appealing one. Thank you peeps!

I like them all for various reasons. I would have to say though from a readability and pronunciation standpoint, that row "2" works best—line 3 isn't so bad either. I think that the pronunciation is very important with a name like this too.

In terms of colors, it depends on the feel you're trying to evoke. The combination of the darker blue and orange(line b) feels very generic and tried and true—which isn't a bad thing depending on the market. Line A and C feel a little more modern and upscale. I don't think that the tone of light blue you have works well with the orange—they're tonal range is very different. However, I do like the idea of using a light blue for the fact that it'll give a more modern, yet calming, trustworthy feel to the overall brand.

EDIT: If I had to choose one (or two) or would be C2/3 or D2/3 with an update to the blue.

As a South African, I totally agree with @Jared Granger - Row 2 & 3 is best. The lowercase 'skybag' feels like a Scandinavian word or something. ;-)

If I may, :) I personally like the greytones from A row best. Would like to see one with blue instead of orange with it?
I like lowercase (but clients usually don't in my experience at least) but the only thing that bugs me about it at the moment is the spacing between the 'y' and 'b' (A1). It is, or seems to be, less spacing than between 'y' and 'B' (A2). And like @Simon™ said, it looks like a scandinavian word now. Maybe a tad more spacing in the lowercase version?

I do love the font :) That 'k' is sexy!

Florin, Simon, Suzie, I really appreciate your comments!

Tomorrow is a final verdict day but at this moment client is leaning towards A1 the most. Scandinavian or not, they really like the subtle feel of the lowercase version and one more reason for that could be their Flightplan identity which can be seen here www.flightplan.co.za

My personal preference is the column 1 in any of the color schemes, but brown (C1) would probably be the most original option compared to others in this niche.

I just received approval from the client - A1 version is the chosen and final logo! Once again, thank you all for stopping by!
