Sun and Water. Though one thing's not right here; when the sun shines on the water (at sunset), the water turns orange/red. But the water in your mark is just blue. Though, I really dig the concept and I love your work. Keep up the good work man! ;)

@Thom Yeah I know it mate, but it doesn't feels right when I tried it, because there is no feeling of water and sun, just a sun with some lines, you know :)

Indeed it's simple, I suspect you will need to surround it with something a little more communicative and distinctive (the sun and sea motif is a familiar device in this industry). What are their key propositions? Are they low budget, all-inclusive, family or couple orientated, focused on specific destinations etc, at the moment I'm just getting the holiday vibe but little else.
Have you considered approaching the other assets first? Perhaps looking at how you might present holiday photography (this is a major sell in travel agencies) in a way that breaks from industry conventions.
As for this asset, have you considered resolving the sea within the circle created by the sun?

@Rich Baird Yes Rich, as I said, it's just a simple concept for now :) every other concepts are depending on taste of client, but for now, they looking just for a super simple and iconic logo that mention travel and all that sun feeling from it :)

You need perfect typography alongside that logo and much white space. Otherwise it will quickly move from super-simple to cheap-looking.
