actually shadow does not have black color. so shadow color is #0099B9 :) thanks for comment.

Nice, agree with others. Shadow needs work. Maybe turn into more of a flat vector, darker blue.

@Safa Paksu I would remove the drop shadow completely and replace it with a white space that is similar in weight to the white space in the 'p' - does that make sense? D: Hope I wrote that clearly.
