   ^ I'm with him. Maybe the $ sign would look better if you had "$0.99" or "99¢" instead of "$1", but I don't even know if you can deal with that.

   Agree with the dollar sign, there's something wrong with it but I'm not sure what... Maybe make it the same size as "1", but keep the font-weight normal.

   Looks really good! I agree about the dollar sign. Maybe it looks off because the baselines do not line up? Or maybe it would look better if their centers were vertically aligned?
