Looks great Adham.
THe only thing that I would point out is the Circle icon with the ! in it, doesn't look as sharp around the edges, but otherwise I like it.

For me the border below the green button looks merging together, maybe try to use a bit darker color for the bottom of it. Also for the green button you use inner shadow which could be implemented on white button somehow to keep the style of design more consistent. I think I would reduce the noise in the background.
Anyway I really like the simplicity and colors of your work.

I agree with Tomas. You could create a different "Create Item" button. It's very clean and intuitive, well done!

@Adam Safar @Tomas Laurinavicius @Hugo França Thanks for the feedback guys. I like the suggestions. I agree with making the buttons consistent and decreasing the noise background, I'll see what I can do. Thanks again! :-)
