Fleur De Links Sausage Company

My cousin who lives in Baton Rouge, LA is starting a little sausage company called Fleur De Links (great name, right?). He hired me to design a logo for him, and I wanted to post some roughs for feedback. This isn't finished, so I'd appreciate your thoughts.
