A little side project. My mother in law recently got some hens and for a little gift I thought I'd make up some printed egg cartons. Im going to get this made into a rubber stamp and just stamp them on the lids of the blank egg cartons.
Good question. I dare guess you'll end up on the ribbon. I think potentially the "free range eggs" strapline works better wrapped around the egg (as you had it), but the typeface doesn't work for it. Either leave it on a line or change the font I'd say. What does your client think?

I like that Blair, especially the texture of the egg itself. Couple of suggestions:
- why not try it without the ends of the ribbons, it might work
- "Free range eggs" looks a bit off when on a curve, have you tried it just straight?

@Espen Brunborg - Haha, I thought you would make some ribbon related comment. Yeah I'll try those ideas out and see what comes from them.

Uh oh, am I now officially known as the "ribbon-hater"? They are difficult to avoid – so pretty :)

In response to some of the feedback from my previous shot, I have made some alterations to the design.
So the question is... Ribbon or no ribbon?
