OK, I've taken the comments on board (thanks) and they've really given me the motivation to go harder on this. I think I really want to develop this style further. So, I've messed with contrast, added small detail elements and added the LED (great idea, I never thought of it!!).

Now, THAT is great! Really like the way that you spread the green light on the gradient and under the switch. I didn't count the pixels, of course, but seems like the outside bevel is a little bit closer on the left than the top and bottom.
But man, this is the kind of things that inspires me to build something new, a new app or something, just to use this switch! :D

OK, you're so much better at this than me, but quick query...
If 'ON' & 'OFF are signified by the position of the switch & the light, do you still need to have 'OFF' paler? Is it a bit overkill?
Feel free to ignore that though as I do love it.
