Logo design for Maria Latino photographer

ENG. The photographer Maria Latino is focused on the beauty in decay, in solitude. A beauty that not everyone can see or understand, and that is only noticed by those who know where to look.

Based on this concept, I created a typographic logo with very contrasting characters, sometimes invisible. A logo, for those who do not know where to look, we understand not with a quick look but you have to "fix it a bit."

I opted for very contrasting shapes, which also give a sense of elegance, and above all for squared thanks that recall the photographic viewfinder.

The color palette also reflects the concept. The logo will be gold and accompanied by purely dark colors.

The beauty in the middle of nowhere.

ITA. La fotografa Maria Latino è focalizzata sulla bellezza in decadenza, in solitudine. Una bellezza che non tutti vedono o capiscono e che viene notata solamente da chi sa dove guardare.

Basandomi su questo concetto, ho creato un logo tipografico dai caratteri molto contrastati, a tratti invisibili. Un logo che, per chi non sa dove guardare, non si comprende con una rapida occhiata ma bisogna "fissarlo un po".

Ho quindi optato per forme molto contrastate, che danno anche il senso di eleganza, e soprattutto per grazie squadrate che richiamano il mirino fotografico.

Anche la palette colore rispecchia il concept. Il logo sarà color oro e accompagnato da colori prettamente scuri.

Il bello in mezzo al nulla.
