This looks good, I like your color palette. You might want to change a few alignments to achieve "pixel perfection," e.g. move the nav links up 1 or 2 pixels so they're vertically centered, move your name up a bit so it doesn't look jammed up against the chevron.
Really nice use of text-shadow and text-transform!
