Guess that red matter on the wall is organic. At least the old barbaric instrument suggests that these folks solve their problems with force, rather than intelligence. So: Someone tried to open a rebellious can of unwrought beef with that fork, and in a logical consequence all that stuff got spoiled against the wall. But to make it more interesting, there's a space-time paradoxon at work: It happened before the guy even picked up that fork. Which would explain the printout :D
