Here's where we ended up. Any thoughts as we aim our eyes toward refinement?

Really nice! I think George should be on the same line as James.. It may create unwanted space between that and bespoke tailoring... It just looks a tad off balanced. Especially if that mark was ever used without the 'Bespoke tailoring' bit.

Very nice, indeed. Small things - the first G could possibly drop below the baseline somehow? And, the descender loop on the small g feels like it's coming up a bit too close to the bottom of the bowl on the g as it's almost pinching. Or just thin the top of it out a bit so it's got a bit more breathing room. That fucking ampersand is killer, btw.

Love the elegance of this, but I have to agree with @Shannon Hatch on this. I think with such an elegant name, you don't want to push the envelope too much on layout.

Love the needle. Great work here.

Awesome stuff, thanks all. Definitely hitting the nail on the head – I'm making adjustments now and what you're all saying is working nicely – thanks!

And the ampersand comment is quite a compliment coming from you, @Darren Booth : Ampersand Queen.

Beautiful lettering, also agree that the names should be aligned, the diagonal positioning looks off balanced. I love that ampersand!
