My hate to Textedit for Mac...
This is how my ideal simple text processor would look like.
I take this opportunity to search for some developers with creative ideas looking to have a young designer on their team! ;)
I'm open for requests & critics as well

Where can I download this?
That's definitely sexy! I see you've combined those "B", "I" and "U" buttons to form a group! I think that's not correct since they can all be active and/or inactive! But apart from that, this looks pretty great, and I'd love to have a text editor like this! :D
@Coleman Tharp Ummm.. sorry, not yet :P Thanks.
@Thom Yeah, I thought that when I tried to make one of them look active... Haha, thanks for your comment :)
@Daniel no problem! really dig this concept! keep rockin' ;)
@Daniel Aláez Wait, do you say "yet" because it is being developed but not ready yet? :P
Either way, this looks great. I'd love to use it as well.
@Thom (: But hope no one has enough time to waste coding this silly concept...
EDIT: The same to @Maxwell Barvian, and thanks for your comment!
Very simple & clear! I want this text editor!
Nice! Everything looks a little too light to me, though–the traffic lights, buttons, titlebar–and I think you could maintain the simplicity while giving everything more contrast :)
This needs to get developed! I love how light it is.
Nice, did you try putting all of the editing tools in the title bar? Might make everything even more simple.
Thanks @Dmitry @Mark Moss
@Ollin Could be good, thanks for your comment :)
@Evan Dinsmore No I didn't, maybe in a fullscreen view... Thanks!
I really dig the app concept by Daniel Aláez, so here's my take on the perfect text editor...

This is cool, nice and simple. But thanks to you I have to go and throw out all my design work now, you're too good :)
@Nathan Walker ✎✎✎ Thanks!
I am sorry... Noooo, please! your work is amazing :)

This would be my perfect text editor. (Full version attached).
Why is the fullscreen button in the bottom corner and not at the top right as we've come to expect?
@Sebastian Sandqvist Yay, you are right. In the final version, wich is going to be developed ;), we have corrected this thing, and added a button on the top-right corner. Thanks for your feedback! :)
