Here's a shot of a project I've been working on lately – it's a social media platform for medical students. My job was to redesign it – including UI and UX.

The challenge with the UX changes was that users were already used to some options which might not be a perfect solution.

For example adding to favourites was represented as a heart so it could have been mistaken with the like function but old users already knew how it worked, so for new users I added the description 'favourite' instead of changing the icon to a bookmark or something similar.

I don't recommend entering the page because it contains hardcore medical content XD I only managed it by installing a chrome plugin that blocks images on the page to be able to work on this project! 😂
