So I've never really shared any freebies before, but I figure now is as good a time as any.
I've attached the CSS for my go to button styling in projects. Works across all browsers however IE 7 and 8 won't have border-radius or box-shadow styling.
Throw this into your CSS stylesheet and add class="btn" to any link you want to turn into a fancy button. Should work on form buttons as well.
I also have a stock pile of colour variations and sizes if anyone is interested.
