Do you ever stop?! Really love this, great work!
The only thing that sticks out for me is the progress bar, although it's lovely, the colours don't really match anything, I'd like to see something that relates more to the green the rest of the app or Skype's blue branding :)

I like. But, i actually prefer the arrow being displayed on the right handside and it only being viewable on hover. It just feels more natural.
You missed the Add-icon aswell on the top bar... :)

Looks great! Only thing that bugs me is some alignment. Would like to horizontal align some icons and have the same spacing. Easier to explain with an image:

I particularly like the rainbowy progress bar, it relates on every aspect to the Skype brand (I was just looking to their brand book).
