   Using a Vimeo screen as a place holder. I really really want to push to use an HTML5 video player but like 99% of their users are on some version of IE so it might be more work and not much pay off at this point.

   The gradient stroke around the arrow looks awkward, especially on the right side. Try to match the darkest side with an average of the bottom of the arrow and the background color of the sidebar.

   Yeah only comment would be the stroke around the arrow.. but thats been covered :-)
