very simple approach. looking at your style I somehow expected a more clever & smart logo, also typebased, like a special J, or a combination of J & H.
I agree with Daniel's comment. This seems a bit elementary for you...you are a great designer/illustrator, this could be more intriguing.
Don't know how this works in print, but it looks beautiful here! Not easy to do simplicity this well, so it'll definitely stand out in a crowd. If I hire you on a project do I get to be on the receiving end of one of these? ;)

hah it's not hate, it's constructive feedback.
This is beautiful. The minimal approach is sometimes hard to pull off, but here, it works wonders. In this case, simple really is better. I love the slight fade and graininess it has (stamp?) and the colors are just perfect.
