Loving so many things about this... the only small thing that stand out to me is that your button goes from full caps to full lowercase... what would it look like if you kept the full caps, but had "group" be "Group" instead?

This site is going to be a thing of beauty. I particularly like your use of white space, and all the circular elements. I also love the photo treatments and how your play with blurs and opacity. Reviewing your designs is a lesson in sophistication, Bill.
