Changes: height-to-width ratio is now 1:1, added gradient to mimic shine coming off windows.

@Travis, I like this direction better than the first draft. A few suggestions, I'm not really sold on the gradient, but it could provide some nice dimension for web purposes. I'm curious to see the logo without the bottom section under 'financial'. I almost think the type could work as the foundation. Just some thoughts. I'll be interested in seeing the final.
