The new Intercom blog design is live!

We had two big goals for this redesign: first, create a readable and elegant design that doesn't make you want to hit your Instapaper bookmarklet right away.

Second, create a design that doesn't look like all the other boring corporate blogs out there.

I feel like there are still a couple things that could be tweaked in the live version, but overall I think we accomplished our goals :)

I really like it. I think you nailed the anti-corporate-blog-vibe.

I'm a fan of the simple, clutter-free sidebar. Too many blogs overload their sidebars to the point that it doesn't help the user. That being said, is the scrollbar on the popular posts necessary? With all the extra sidebar space, why not just list them all out (or better yet, limit it to 3 or so posts)?

Overall, great work. Love the colors and cleanliness. I also like the large photos and quote styling.

The sidebar was originally supposed to be fixed (i.e. not scroll with the page), that's why there's a scrollbar there.
