Looks perfect, only thing if we'll get picky is that round gradient circle behind the Twitterbar looks kind of hidden and doesn't give quite the desired effect as it does on the two other buttons. Maybe it's the Twitter color.
Awesome textures, all the details and the whole layout. The only thing I might change or adjust would be the Facebook icon. The "f" on the original is more on the right side of an icon and not in the middle... I'd probably move it there :)
Oh! Finally looks better and you've fixed some issues, I see! :) Places are still as a button tho. You also need to show which tab/button is now active tho. Now I would say that the Profile page is active at the moment, however the navbar title says "Places".
Would not it be better if you would just rearrange the tabbar items a bit (Places, Profile, Settings)? Now the button makes no sense as it acts just as a regular tab bar item. With this much of a tab bar items, I would suggest you to 1) add some tabs that make sense (feed, recommendations, ...) or 2) change the navigation style...
Another think for you to be aware of - please read trough the Apple HIG and use valid sizes for the UI elements. Last time I was doing the export and downscaling work for you, I noticed that you used wrong sizes for the UI elements and tho I was in need to fix that for you. Same with blending options - you can NOT use overlay for text drop shadow. Also make sure all the UI elements are big enough so they are tappable easily. It's not just about hitboxes, it's about the size of the UI element as well...
PS: I think that this screen should be a "popup" - no navbar as again - you called it using a button, not a tab bar item. This is the usual iOS behavior... You really need to check the design patterns, Apple HIG and learn something about UX and typography... Otherwise than that it's a really nice design. Good luck with this project!
Love the great use of subtle texture throughout. My only criticism would be on the button. The top highlight is well defined, but the bottom shadow is diffused. Overall, I like the look, but I think you should either diffuse the highlight a bit more or define the shadow a bit more so that the shape of the button isn't muddied. Nice work.

I really like the style of the Navbar, icons, and styles... but I think the Profile icon with the inset style doesn't look right.
Maybe try the same style as the rest and then go from there or add a color to show active?
