Apparently, code blogs like to use code, so I designed a box o' code. As you do.

Looks good man, I like the line highlight.
Looks like 11 has a tad more space than the others though - why for?
@Adam Whitcroft There's some buttons and stuff on the other side of the box.
Nice colors. But the font feels way too thin to me.
I would prefer to see this in a notepad background to give it a more retro feel.
@Dan Eden You're right, but that's Photoshop being a dick with fonts.
@Jejune Jejune What? This is part of a minimal design. Apart from not fitting properly, retro notepad styling would look awful.
Looks nice! I did this for a code blog yesterday and coding it right now.
What font is that?
Awful is the new minimal. I read that on Smashing Magazine.
@Visual Idiot wait, this isn't designed in the browser? Ew.
Do you know http://snippi.com/ by @Orman Clark & Crew? Maybe a good source for inspiration, too! :)
I'd guess many programmers will find the text to be a little bit too low-contrast. As a programmer, I do. The rest is great.
As a coder, I like a little low contrast on certain occasions. Super high contrast can be bad for your eyes.
Yo dawg, I herd you like code. So we coded a code display fo'yo code.
