I wanted to make a subtly tactile button surface that you want to touch IRL. Opinions?
@Matt Bainton I really like the inactive state. The active state inner shadow looks a little fuzzy on the top edge. I think it's just because it's static. When seeing it in use I'm sure it would function well.
In actual placement in the app it doesn't have that mushy blurred feel. I couldn't screen-grab the active state in the app so I mocked up the above. The drop-shadow didn't translate perfectly and lost a slight (but important) amount of intensity.
