These all look really great. I dig the lighter interface more than the black, I think.
The only thing that feels out of place is the dropshadow on the buttons. I get the depth created by the shadows on the edges of the panels/panes but think that the clickable elements could be flat.

Great suggestion and based on the demo I just saw, @moore agreed with you because there is no shadow on them.
